At Klober no-one ever takes customers for granted and our warehouse team worked incredibly hard throughout 2016 to ensure the highest standard of order accuracy. A recent audit showed that order input and delivery errors were consistently below 0.25% over the 12 months but we know that this is only part of what providing exceptional service means. Increasing demand affecting many of our products put pressure on stock levels and this undeniably meant we had to make split deliveries more often than we would have liked. As a result, we have been reviewing them on an ongoing basis and increasing many to overcome this problem. Our prime target for 2017, therefore, is to ensure that delivery fulfilment noticeably improves in relation to all products but particularly those which we know were adversely affected in 2016.
