The Klober GRP Valley gutter detail is lightweight and flexible to handle for a safe and easy installation. Whilst they are Fire tested to comply with BS 476: Part 3 SAB and Part 7 Class 3.

    Installation

    • Valley boards should be cut between rafters
    • Alternatively a 6mm board can be installed over the rafters
    • Lay an additional continuous strip of underlay central to the valley
    • Cut a short section at eaves and dress with valley closure or lead replacement
    • Ensure valley sections overlap to suit roof pitch and are nail fixed into the valley batten
