Ordering

To place an order call our Sales Office, which is open Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm on: 01332 813050 or email: Info@klober.co.uk

We aim to process all orders placed before 2:00pm on the same day.

On most items, where a carton is quoted, you may split this at an additional cost. We do not split lengths in ie. continuous verge or valley products. Please contact the Sales Office for more information.

Our website offers a range of technical support, however if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, then our Technical Line is available Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm on: 0330 678 0088


Delivery

  • Delivery is to the door of the delivery address.
  • We cannot carry orders up stairs or use a lift unless otherwise agreed at point of order.
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • Large quantities and bulky products are often delivered on a pallet. This makes delivery more cost effective and helps to protect the products. If you are expecting a delivery on a pallet (s) please ensure you are able to receive and handle the pallet(s)

Deliveries take 2-3 working days from when the order is processed. Specials and non-stocked items have longer lead times, please contact the Sales Office for more information.

Delivery is free when you spend £250 or more, for orders below £250 we charge for delivery cost £14.50. 

Next day delivery is available on request, please contact the Sales Office for a price.


Returns

Should you need to return any of your items simply call the sales office or email the Team. You should make this call as soon as possible. Please be aware you may be subject to a restocking fee. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of sale.

From time to time damage does happen. We want to react as quickly as possible so please phone us as soon as you have received your goods and noted the damage. We would like to hear from you within 24 hours. If you notice the damage at the point of delivery it is important that you record the damage on the driver’s delivery note when you sign for the package. We strongly recommend that you reject the delivery if the damage is extensive.
