Klober GRP Valleys are lightweight and flexible to handle for a safe and easy installation. Whilst they are Fire tested to comply with BS 476: Part 3 SAB and Part 7 Class 3.

    Installation

    • Valley boards should be cut between rafters
    • Alternatively a 6mm board can be installed over the rafters
    • Lay an additional continuous strip of underlay central to the valley
    • Ensure valley sections overlap to suit roof pitch and are nail fixed into the valley batten
    • Slates can be laid dry onto the valley

    Area of application

    • 20° maximum pitch variance 17.5° - 60° rafter pitch
    • Options for tile and slate pitched roofs
