We’re incredibly excited to introduce Klober’s new Logistics and Warehouse Manager, Jenny Gallon, to the team.
In a newly created role, Jenny has joined the team to help develop how we service our merchant customers, working to bring extra direction to operations at our Distribution Centre based in Castle Donington - ensuring that our customers receive the best level of service and efficiency as possible.
Jenny also has fantastic insight to bring to the team, having previously worked at a builders merchant. Having this perspective makes Jenny the perfect addition to our team, offering first hand experiences of the challenges that our customers may face on a day-to-day basis and an ambitious vision of how to solve problems.
Within the first 6 months in post, Jenny aims to rethink the way we stock our items, with further consideration into organising fast-moving stock, saving time and streamlining workflow within our distribution centre. Jenny also has a very keen interest in strengthening relationships with our suppliers and hauliers and to reinforce the stellar customer service Klober is known for.
One thing you’ll immediately learn when meeting Jenny is her dedication to supporting her team. Jenny says: “People are key to me, and making sure the warehouse team is at the centre of my role is so important. I immediately got the feeling that Klober supported this, and that it was genuinely at the core of the business - they understand that their people are everything.”
Jenny also went on to say, “I’m also really competitive, so I'm really eager to support Klober to grow and expand to become the very best - everyone wants to be on the winning team!”
