We know how important it is to keep our customers up to date with accurate information, which is why we’re introducing email and text notifications on all of our deliveries, so you know when our product is on its way.

Earlier this year we went out to our merchant customers in our annual survey to better understand how we can meet their business needs. When it came to our deliveries and availability, overall customers rated their satisfaction 8/10:
How would you rate Klober out of 10 on each of the following?
On time and full delivery Score: 8.4/10
The presentation of the delivery, eg the state of the pallets etc Score: 8.3/10
The timing of the deliveries Score: 8.5/10
Product availability and lead times Score: 8.2/10
Furthermore, our standard pallet delivery leadtime is 2-3 working days and year to date, 98.99% of deliveries have arrived within 2 days from the order being placed.
Whilst we’re proud of our lead times and the result we received from our customers, providing best in class service and continuous improvement has always been a top priority for Klober, which is why we’re improving our communication.
The introduction of delivery notifications now means that all customers receiving deliveries will receive two communications from Klober, one when your delivery is on its way and a second to confirm that your order has been delivered to your yard or site. As standard all notifications will be sent to the email address in which the order was originally placed, unless customers specifically request that they are sent to another email address. However, if the order is being delivered directly to site, then the notifications will be sent via text to the contact telephone number provided on the order.
We hope that by introducing this level of transparent communication on all of our deliveries, it will support our customers in their own planning and day to day management of inbound and outbound orders and deliveries.
