Thin Line Tile Vents are a cleverly designed in-line range suitable for the most popular concrete interlocking roof tiles, with a minimum pitch of 17.5° at 100mm headlap and over 22.5° at 75mm headlap. The built-in downpipe provides a direct ventilation path into the roof space, providing 7,850mm2 of ventilation coverage to help reduce the build-up of mould growth and structural damage, caused by damp, poorly ventilated roofs. While it can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems too when used with an adaptor and Flexipipe. Profile-Line Thin Line Tile Vents have been specially developed to suit leading tile manufacturers, including Marley Edgemere, Russell Galloway, Lagan Elite, Quinn Lakeland Slate Range and Redland's Slate 10 range (Richmond 10, Landmark Slate 10, Saxon 10). Available in a wide variety of colours to match the roof tiles.
