We have listened to our customers and are extending our range of dry ridge systems!

The new Klober Dry Ridge Kit, which launches Tuesday 6th April, is the result of our customers asking for a 6m roll that offers value for money and the product quality associated with the Klober name.

We’ve been developing the new kit over the last 12 months, with the main focus on developing a product that offers value without compromising on quality. We’ve therefore carried out rigorous testing to ensure it meets British Standards, but we've also gone a stage further to ensure that we have a product that is beyond the standard requirement.

The Testing we have carried out includes:

  • Ensuring that the product meets the ventilation requirements of BS 5250.
  • All kit components have been tested for Fire Resistance and UV Stability.
  • Test results for mechanical resistance against wind uplift.

The wind uplift results were particularly impressive, confirming that the kit is suitable for all UK wind zones.

We pride ourselves on our product quality and we achieve this with rigorous testing that goes beyond mandatory testing. We did this by making use of the wind tunnel facility at our Technical Centre, where we replicated 1 in 50-year storm conditions to assess wind-driven rain performance, to ensure durability and protection to the roof.

We can tell you with confidence that Klober’s new Dry Ridge Kit fully complies with BS 5250 for ventilation, BS 8612 for performance and BS 5534 for mechanical fixing.

The 6m Klober Dry Ridge Kit will officially launch on Tuesday 6th April 2021. Keep an eye on our blog and social channels, including Linkedin, Facebook & Twitter for more information.

Meanwhile here is proof that it is rolling off the production line!
