Do you have a cut off time for processing orders the same day?We aim to process all orders placed before 2:00pm on the same day.
What is your lead time on deliveries?Deliveries take 2-3 working days from when the order is processed. Specials and non-stocked items have longer lead times, please contact the Sales Office for more information.
How much does delivery cost?Delivery is free when you spend £300 or more. For orders below £300 a delivery charge of £16.50 will apply and £14.50 for split boxes.
Next day delivery is available on request, please contact the Sales Office for a price.

What can I expect when you deliver?Should you need to return any of your items simply call the sales office or email the Team. You should make this call as soon as possible. Please be aware you may be subject to a restocking fee. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of sale.
There is some damage to my items. What should I do?From time to time damage does happen. We want to react as quickly as possible so please phone us as soon as you have received your goods and noted the damage. We would like to hear from you within 24 hours. If you notice the damage at the point of delivery it is important that you record the damage on the driver’s delivery note when you sign for the package. We strongly recommend that you reject the delivery if the damage is extensive.
